Long hair is going to be a timeless beauty trend that will always be in style. Unfortunately, getting that long hair isn’t as easy as it looks or sounds. It doesn’t matter if you are starting out with bobbed hair or somewhat long hair, you can try these methods to help you grow your hair out really long. Not only will you see length, you are going to see healthier hair as well.

Trim it up

Trim your hair about a half an inch at least every 2 months. When you neglect the tips of your hair for too long, you can get split ends that will work its way up your hair which makes it look super frizzy. This may seem like it slows growth down, but it isn’t healthy to get a trim every blue moon.

Keep that hair of your down

Constantly using hairbands, clips, and pins will stress your hair out which causes it to break. Although it is easier, if you are keeping the hair washing to a minimum to just throw your hair up in a messy bun with your favorite scrunchy, you are causing damage to your hair. So, when you can leave it down and keep it unpinned.

Vitamins are your friend

There are many vitamins out there are needed for you to have healthy hair that come in your fruits and vegetables that you eat daily. To get a bit more from these vitamins, take a bit extra to boost those vitamins. Select a multivitamin or take a supplement that is rich in vitamins E, A, and B2, all which are great for your hair.

Get the Oil

Grapeseed oil is found in a lot of hair care products, and it can be used on its own to increase your hair growth. Simply pour some room temperature oil into your hand and massage your scalp with it and set with it in for an hour. Do this at least 3 times a week.
